EOS - Class 1 Laser Safety System

Class 1 laser system for small and medium-sized production. The EOS's external protective structure takes up little space, making it ideal for placing on a workbench. The loading door opening and closing system is manual with a locking system, while the internal Z-axis is electric and is operated by a pushbutton. The large certified inspection window provides a complete view of the internal loading chamber and marking operations. EOS is a Class 1 laser safety device.   EOS features a shutter housing: this CE-certified dual-channel mechanical shutter is a tool that ensures absolute safety for the laser marker user. During marking, the shutter remains in the open position, while it closes at the end of the operation, providing a safety lock condition. Shutter movement can be controlled by laser hardware/software or I/O signals. A certified, integrated safety sensor detects the position of the shutter blade in the housing, providing information that confirms the shutter position status. EOS is therefore an extremely reliable Class 1 safety laser marker.   Loading area: 440x500 mm
